Yard Sale

Please come out and support us in our up coming yard sale, 100% of the proceeds go to Anica's miracle/fight against this disease and also allows  her parents to stay home with her and tend to all her needs. Yard sale Saturday July 6th 7am-3pm @ 2494 daisy ave long beach, a block away from Bank Of America. All/any donations and or help setting up and prayers are always appreciated. Although we were not able to stay at Give Kids The World (this is a resort like place for all children who's wishes are to go to Disney world) we still were able to enjoy all activities that were provided. let me just begin by telling you that this place is AMAZING! it is the cutest place I have ever seen. All of the buildings have a theme to them and the whole resort is sort of like "Candy Land". There is a gingerbread house which is below in a picture. this is where you would eat breakfast every morning. they serve you themselves and carry your plates to your tables. The people at Give Kids The World volunteer their time to help out and they are the sweetest people ever! there is also a carousel, a swimming pool, and a train that kids can ride in. Every week they have events there like halloween, christmas, etc. It was great being able to see all these kids and parents who are going through things just like we are. Make-A-Wish Foundation truly goes above and beyond to make a child's dreams come true. and we are very thankful to them but to God as well! We give God all the glory for everything that he brings our way!

On april 29th-May 5th Make-A-Wish foundation granted Anica her wish of going to DisneyWord in Orlando, Florida. Make-A-Wish sent Anica, myself & dad, and all 3 siblings to florida for 1 week. On this trip the we got to go to all 4 parks at Disney World, Sea world  and Universal studios. It was an amazing trip even though it rained! Disney World was a great experience with so much to do every single day. Every where we went Anica was treated like a REAL princess, it was such an amazing blessing. Upon leaving Los Angeles to fly to florida, the whole family & I were aloud to relax in the first class lounge (woohoo!) that was just beginning of our "special treatment" which extended all the way from eating for free everyday to getting to be first in line at EVERY SINGLE ride. The whole trip was just awesome and we are very very thankful to Make-A-Wish Foundation for making Anica's wish come true far beyond anything that we even expected! 

This picture is from our Luncheon/Benefit Concert that we had for Anica. which was to say the least a great success! we had a band, comedians, food, and a guitarist all there. Many friends and family came out to support Anica and for that we are beyond thankful. it was such a great and fun day. Anica was finally able to attend this fundraiser and she enjoyed herself as well. On behalf of Anica and her entire family they would like to give a HUGE thank you to the band Sugarlips, Michael Archuleta, all three hilarious comedians, and EVERYONE else who helped in anyway at all with this fundraiser, from the bottom of our hearts we appreciate every little contribution.

 Anica, mommy, and daddy all took a wonderful trip to El dorado nature center! it was a beautiful day and Anica had so much fun while her dad stopped to explain every little thing. We give God all the glory for each day that we spend with Anica because each day is a blessing!

sorry we havent been updating regularly. We have been so busy keeping up with Anica's doctor's appointments and trying to make everyday a fun day. since our last update in April so many great things have happened! Anica completed her 6 weeks of radiation  Make-A-Wish foundation granted Anica's wish of going to DisneyWorld in Orlando, Florida. Anica, her parents, and all 3 of her siblings were able to attend. We are thankful to the Lord for the miracle he provides for us daily. we will try our best to continue to post regularly and keep you updated on Anica's Miracle. God bless!

Released white balloons, prayers, and lanterns last sunday. Such a wonderful, peaceful family day! God is truly amazing in how much he has blessed our family in every aspect. We continue to seek him in every moment. Thank you to EVERYONE who has been here with our family praying for Anica's miracle it means more then you will ever know.

Today was a very special day for Anica. Cindy Cinderella Carriages blessed my daughter and made her a real live princess for the day. Cindy and her best friend donated her carriage ride service after reading Anica's story. She was touched by the fact that Anica loves horses and generously came all the way to our house. We were truly blessed and amazed once again at how much people are willing to bless us. Thank You so much Cindy you truly made my daughter's day!

On Tuesday Anica, her sister, and mom went to "Paint and Glaze". Anica really enjoyed painting her coffee mug with her sister helping her it was a great day as usual!

Today we started off the day with worship music and then did some of Anica's homework. She misses school and her friends very much each day. Anica also completed her 2nd week of radiation and she is still do amazingly well so that is definitely a praise report! We are still believing and praying to God for a miracle for Anica, please continue to pray with us. There is POWER in agreement!
