Meet Anica, she is 5 years old and she loves the color pink, Disney Channel, Hello kitty, her ipod, and MOST of all horses! She loves going to school and spending time with all of her friends. She's a spunky, full of life 5 year old girl. She loves to go swimming in the summer, and loves riding her hello kitty bike. Anica is definitely "Daddy's Princess" but can't go a day without mommy either!
Anica was recently diagnosed with DIPG (Diffused Intrinsic Pontine Glioma) which is a cancerous tumor on the brain stem. Although the prognosis given isn't good we are standing on OUR FAITH. Anica will be that 5-10% that survive this disease. I'm sure all parents with a child diagnosed with a disease feel the same way BUT Anica herself has been a prayer warrior since 16 months of age. God is Almighty and All powerful and we are not afraid to pray for a MIRACLE. Believing in faith and on our knees.
